Customer Service Associate (Sales)

The Position & What to Expect

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see. This role is all about energy, communication, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

  • Bring great energy every shift — arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared to deliver an excellent guest experience

  • Welcome every guest with a positive attitude

  • Help guests choose the best wash or membership for their needs

  • Keep the line moving safely and efficiently throughout the wash entrance and property

  • Promote our Unlimited Wash Club and explain membership benefits

  • Assist guests with account questions and membership support

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional site

  • Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and general operational tasks

  • Answer guest questions clearly, professionally, and confidently

  • Work alongside teammates and management to create a fast, efficient, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a guest-first mindset.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed

  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to make every guest feel welcome

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to speak professionally with guests and teammates

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and organized

  • Willingness to learn — training and support will be provided

  • Dependable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team

Shifts We Offer

  • Monday–Friday: 9AM–5PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 9AM–5PM

Wash Technician

Help Keep Tiger Xpress Running at Its Best.

The Position & What to Expect

As a Wash Technician, you’ll help ensure the wash runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently throughout the day.

In this role, you will:

  • Bring great energy every shift — arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared to deliver an excellent guest experience

  • Safely guide vehicles into the wash using proper loading and safety procedures

  • Prepare vehicles for the wash by applying prep products and checking for safety concerns before entry

  • Monitor tunnel operations and help ensure vehicles move safely and efficiently through the wash process

  • Maintain a clean and professional site, including the tunnel, vacuum area, lobby, and property

  • Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general maintenance duties throughout your shift

  • Help guests with questions and provide friendly, professional service when needed

  • Work closely with teammates and management to maintain a safe, fast, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members who are ready to stay active and learn the operation.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
